Customized Facial

Tailored for your skin type and skin needs. Feel free to tell your esthetician of problems with your skin and also ask for products that will help maintain your glow. These facials can be half hour to two hours depending on needs. Longer facials can mean longer massages or more treatments for skin on face and chest. Hand and feet therapy can be added to facials. Each spa should have a brochure telling about other facials and treatments used these usually are created using the product line they carry.

Microdermabrasion

A form of exfoliation that uses a powerful electronic vacuum to spray micro crystals across the skin to diminish fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, enlarged pores and coarse textured skin. Treatment can include other mild treatments such as the application of moisturizing and soothing creams or oils.

Chemical Peels

Resurfacing treatment applied to the face and neck like a mask. Masks main ingredient is either glycolic or salicylic. A glycolic peel is used for premature aging and sunspots. The salicylic peel is used on acne. A peel is stronger than microderm but you will not see the effects as quickly. Skin will be dry and will flake some in the days following. Then you will be able to see the effects. Chemical peels are not completely painless, they do produce a stinging sensation that is normal for this type of treatment. Peels are done in series for better results. Peels promote skin collagen production, softening of skin helping to hydrate and improved elasticity, tone, texture.

LED Light Therapy

LED stands for light emitting diodes. Infrared lights are applied to dermis to penetrate. For best results use with microderm and peels. The light therapy beautifies skin, refreshes complexion, smooths skin, increases circulation collagen production, and helps temporarily relieve minor muscle pain with its warmth.

Oxygen Facial

Physical properties of oxygen quickly penetrate your skin delivering it with a powerful blast of vitamins and minerals that you can feel. The result is a tighter, softer, younger look. Takes about an hour but you can ask about adding face, hand and foot treatments.
